Sales Track has multiple tiers. Progression rewards consistent engagement throughput, customer-satisfaction scores, and program-engagement signals (joint case study publication, conference co-presence). Where it appears

Partner sales collateral, proposals and SOWs, in-product surfaces of deployed workflows (footer, About page, eval dashboards), and any case studies you publish. Brand standards in your partnership agreement specify size, placement, and visual treatment.

For Sales Track partners

Inneall.ai (or your Build Partner) delivers under your account; the badge shows Inneall.ai as the platform layer. You retain client relationship ownership; the badge says "platform inside."

For Integration Track partners

You deliver under your own brand; the badge travels with the deployment as a "Powered by" attribution. Your firm gets the client-facing brand position; Inneall.ai gets the platform attribution.

Application process

  • 1. Initial inquiry — fill out the partner application form. Tell us about your firm, target verticals, AI capability, and which track interests you.
  • 2. Discovery conversation (30-60 minutes) — we learn about your business; you learn about ours. Mutual qualification.
  • 3. Fit assessment — we propose a track and tier that fits your business. You assess whether the terms work.
  • 4. Partnership agreement — standard legal terms with some customization. Typically signed within 2-4 weeks of qualified inquiry.
  • 5. Onboarding — Sales Track: 1-2 weeks (training, collateral access). Integration Track: 4-8 weeks (engine training, engineer certification, technical handover).

Frequently asked questions

Can I be in both tracks?

Yes. Several partners operate in both — selling into your relationships (Sales Track) AND delivering under your own brand on engagements where the client prefers your brand visibility (Integration Track). Each engagement gets registered to one track.

What's the client registration / channel conflict policy?

Deals are registered at intake. The registering partner has exclusive standing for that deal, including subsequent expansion. Other partners cannot poach. If a registered client contacts Inneall.ai directly, we route back to the registered partner.

What happens if our team certification slips, or engagement velocity drops below the tier minimum?

Tier review happens annually. If your performance has dropped below tier minimums, we discuss it — typical resolution is tier down-grade (you keep program standing, just shift to a tier matching current activity). Termination only for material commitment failures or brand-standards violations.

Can we white-label your engine fully (remove "Powered by Inneall.ai" attribution)?

No. The attribution is required across all tracks. The badge transparency is what builds trust between Inneall.ai, our partners, and end clients — it's a core program principle, not a negotiable point.

What's your pricing model for end clients?

Outcome-based as default: fixed-price 8-week engagement + per-workflow-article processing fees in production, tiered by how much human review is needed. Predictable subscription as exception for buyers who need fixed budgeting. See "How we price" on the home page.

Are you a competitor to my firm?

Inneall.ai delivers engagements directly only when there's no registered partner relationship. We don't pursue inbound leads in geographies or verticals where you've established a registered presence. Our growth path is through partners, not through competing with them.

What about the Anthropic Partner program — is that real?

Yes. Inneall.ai (or its affiliated structure) is part of Anthropic's Partner Network. Engineers from Integration Track partners can be certified through Anthropic's program as part of their Inneall.ai certification track. Note: badge and public claims are activated as Anthropic's program reaches general availability and our engineer cohort completes certification.

What's the relationship between Inneall.ai and Orbsoft?

Inneall.ai is part of the Orbsoft family of ventures. Orbsoft is a gen-AI venture studio. Other Orbsoft ventures (such as ClearFlow, a vertical SaaS in floodwater compliance) operate independently with separate teams, separate technology, and separate fundraising. Inneall.ai investors get Inneall.ai upside; other ventures' economics flow separately.
